The Oceania Hockey Federation (OHF) is proud to announce that Redcliffe will host the upcoming 2026 OHF Under 21 Junior World Cup Qualifier from 28th September to 4th October 2026, bringing elite junior international hockey to City of Moreton Bay.
Delivered in partnership with Redcliffe Hockey Club and City of Moreton Bay, the tournament will feature leading junior national teams from across the Pacific, including Australia and New Zealand. Teams will compete in an 11-a-side format for qualification to the FIH Junior World Cup, showcasing the next generation of international hockey talent.
The event reinforces City of Moreton Bay’s growing reputation for hosting high-performance international sport and highlights the city as a destination for major events. Hockey will feature in the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games, and with international events such as this qualifier, it presents a great opportunity for participants. Players, officials, and supporters from across Oceania are expected to travel to Redcliffe, delivering strong economic benefits to local businesses and the wider community.
