OVERVIEW: The Hook in4 Health Program goal is for:
Communities in PNG, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu to Live Well, Learn Well, and Lead Well through Hockey. The target populations are: Girls and Women, People with a disability as well as Boys and Men. This is an integrated program which uses hockey as the platform to engage with participants to increase knowledge and skills to make informed choices about health and wellbeing while reducing barriers for play.
