This new and exciting opportunity comes at a pivotal time, for a strong communicator and change leader who will maximise and grow the sport of hockey in the Oceania region. Hockey is a dynamic Olympic, community and social impact team sport with a participation base that reflects gender equity. Oceania Hockey Federation (OHF) aims to be an equitable, inclusive, sustainable, and innovative organisation that supports active lifestyle, health, community development and international performance with member national associations Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu.

Oceania Hockey’s first CEO, will be responsible for leading Oceania Hockey to the achievement of its strategic objectives through effective leadership and the establishment and growth of relationships that inspire the support  of all of the hockey community including, athletes, volunteers, member national associations, stakeholders and funding investment  partners.

This role requires a balance of leadership, financial management, stakeholder engagement, strategic capability, commercial nous as well as integrity and risk management.
