Hockey Milestone Meeting in Solomon Islands

OHF noticed that there appeared to be 2 Hockey Federations with the same name existing in the Solomon Islands. This situation needed to be resolved so that there was a clear recognised, affiliated, federation for both the Pacific Games Organising Committee and Oceania Hockey Federation to work beside.
